Membership Policy

Creonow ("we" and "us") is the operator of (http://creonow.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. laws regarding antitrust. You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. And you agree to membership fees payable by you at the rate offered at purchase time every month for a period of 12 months to access the training site for a period of 1 year if you purchase any 1 year duration payment plan membership.

Membership Rights and Obligations

You agree to pay the annual/monthly fees established for your Membership Class, as may be amended from time to time. Payment is required upon signing (to activate membership) and upon renewal (on the anniversary of membership activation). Creonow will bill you for dues in advance by written invoice, and payment will be due within thirty (30) days of emailing. You are responsible for every use of the Site that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password. You must use reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential. You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your membership, username or password. Membership is based on periodic subscription fees which are detailed on the Site’s sign up page. Your membership, or access to Content and areas of the Site, will be suspended or cancelled if we do not receive the fees for your subscription type. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, the credit card you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or account capacity. It is your responsibility to make sure you preserve content in your account before you downgrade.

Suspension and Termination

Creonow may terminate your membership upon bankruptcy or withdrawal from or cessation of business by yourself. Creonow shall also have the right to (i) suspend subscription of a Member if it fails to pay its annual fees on time, or (ii) suspend or cancel subscription of Member if it violates any of the rules or engages in conduct seriously prejudicial to the purposes and interests of Creonow and fails to correct that breach within thirty (30) days of notice from Creonow. No refunds of Membership fees or other payments will be given.

Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund of subscription fees under our “Moneyback Guarantee” policy, during the first 30 days of your subscription. You may also have rights granted to you by law which may entitle you to a refund of fees in specific circumstances. Apart from those things, refunds of subscription fees will not be made.

Cancellation Policy

Please email training@creonow.com. to cancel. You understand that should you cancel your membership outside of the first 30 days, no refund will be provided.

You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the next subscription period. Creonow does not accept cancellation requests via phone, email, or any method other than logging into your Creonow account to cancel your service. Upon cancellation, all of your content will be deleted from the primary servers that provide the Service. Your content cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

We may, in our discretion, immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Site if we consider you in breach of these Membership Terms, any other Site rules, or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse membership in our discretion (examples include previous breaches of membership terms on our website).
